ETWINNING PROJECT: A PENCIL MAKES FRIENDSHIP

 

Hello!!!!!!!!! Estem molt happy de comunicar-vos que aquesta setmana comencem el projecte Etwinning "A pencil makes friendship".

L'alumnat de sisè ha iniciat un projecte d'intercanvi de correspondència en anglès amb l'alumnat de sisè de l'escola Torroja i Miret de Vila-seca. Durant el que queda de curs els i les alumnes treballarem les estructures gramaticals en llengua anglesa a través de l'expressió escrita tot coneixent companys i companyes de l'escola veïna. Practicarem a través de la carta, el correu elèctronic i finalment ens podrem posar cara gràcies a les videotrucades. 

Estem molt il·lusionats/des de poder engegar aquest projecte conjunt. Serà una forma motivadora i significativa d'escriure en anglès i practicar a nivell oral. A més a més, construirem noves amistats amb les quals podrem coincidir a l'institut.

OUR QUIZZES!!

The pupils of 6th grade have created some quizzes.
We choose an interesting topic for us (TikTok, football, Fortnite, music...)  Then we prepare 10 questions with options about the topic. At the end, we present our quizzes in front of the class.
Each pupil is like a TV presenter and the rest of the class are participants.

We like to be the protagonist for a moment!!

MasterClass del guitarrista professional Salva, del grup Islandia Nunca Quema

Hello families!!

Today we've had an amazing MasterClass with Salva, the guitarist of the group named "Islandia Nunca Quema".

He has explained us how to electric guitar works and many more functions on it. He's also told us that we can start creating music out of (alñmost) nothing: with an instrument, Youtube videos, and lots of willingness, we can become experts!!!!

he has also discovered us an amazing instrument: a Theremin!!!

We've had a MasterClass with Oscar, the composer!!! =)

Inside our project "Fes el teu tema!", we have had the visit of Oscar, a famous singer and composer from Tarragona. 

It has been amazing to learn some tricks when writing songs, some training on how to rhyme, and, the most important part of all, we're all eager to start composing!!

Let's go easter-egg-hunting!!! :)

Hiya!!
This week, all of the students have been looking for Easter eggs!! It's been awesome, they've had loads of fun, and the eldest ones (Years 5 and 6) have been going along with the three and five year-olds, and they loved it!
It was amazing how they looked after them, placed them before themselves when coming to find and Easter egg, and the most important part of all, they created a memory that will last forever...
